Privacy Policy

This policy covers the AstroManus application at app.astromanus.xyz and its public website at astromanus.xyz. Individual affiliate websites published using AstroManus have their own privacy notices.

Operator and contact

For privacy questions, access requests, correction or deletion requests, contact the AstroManus operator at ob.ice.2013@gmail.com.

Information the application processes

• Administrator account and session information used to sign in and secure access.
• Niche selections, keywords, target languages, website configuration, generated content and publishing records that the operator provides or creates.
• Product metadata, product links and commission information returned by affiliate services.
• When Google Search Console is connected: authorization credentials and information needed to identify, verify and manage the selected website properties and submit their sitemaps.
• Operational records, such as request metadata, job status and errors, used for troubleshooting and security.

How Google information is used

The current Google connection supports Search Console and Site Verification. Access is used to perform site verification and sitemap submission for the websites the operator manages. Google account access is optional; permission is requested through Google's authorization screen. Google Ads search-volume functionality is not currently enabled.

AstroManus does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising targeting, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Google authorization tokens are not included in prompts sent to AI providers. Google information is used for the connected website-management functions, subject to the permissions granted.

Google Ads keyword research

If you connect Google Ads, AstroManus stores the OAuth client credentials and refresh token encrypted at rest, along with selected customer and manager account identifiers. It reads accessible account identifiers and historical Keyword Planner metrics for the keywords, country and language you request. It does not create or modify campaigns or advertising spend. Google uses a broad Ads authorization scope; the application limits its API operations to these research reads.

Keyword metrics are cached for up to 24 hours and removed on subsequent research requests after expiry, or when you disconnect Ads in Settings. Aggregate research evidence attached to saved niche records remains with those records. Google account identifiers, client secrets and authorization tokens are not included in AI prompts. You can disconnect Ads in Settings to delete the active locally stored refresh token and cached metrics; revoke the application in your Google Account to remove its Google-side authorization. The separate client configuration remains available for reconnecting.

Services and sharing

AstroManus uses hosting, AI services, affiliate/product APIs, domain registrars and website deployment services to provide its features. Research requests and content-generation prompts may contain niche names, keywords and operator-provided content. Publishing sends website content to the selected hosting service. Google receives authorization, verification and sitemap requests when its connection is used. Do not place sensitive personal information in content-generation inputs.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to investigate abuse or protect the service. The operator does not sell personal information.

Storage, security and retention

Application data is stored in the operator's server and database. Supported service credentials are encrypted at rest; application access requires administrator authentication and HTTPS. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Website configuration and content are retained while needed to operate the managed websites. Stored Google authorization credentials remain while the connection is needed, unless revoked or removed. Operational records may remain as needed for security and troubleshooting. Backups can retain copies until replaced under normal backup management.

Disconnecting and requesting deletion

You can revoke AstroManus access from your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized API access, but does not itself delete locally stored application data. To remove stored credentials or associated application data, email ob.ice.2013@gmail.com and identify the connection or records concerned. We may need to confirm your authority before acting. Deleting local data does not delete your Google account or your websites from Google's services.

Cookies and third-party links

The control application uses an essential session cookie for administrator sign-in. External links, including affiliate links and links to Google, lead to services with their own privacy and cookie policies.

Google API user data

AstroManus's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Updates

Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated effective date. Significant changes to Google data use will be disclosed before requesting the additional access concerned.
